Who We Serve

At Senior TLC, we provide care and coverage to seniors who wish to remain in the community, and can do so safely, with assistance and support.

To enroll at Senior TLC you must meet the following requirements:

​

• 55 years of age or older.

• Live safely in the community at the time of enrollment with Senior TLC services.

• Must live within our service area:

Alexander County - all zip codes

Burke County - 28601, 28602, 28612, 28619, 28628, 28637, 28666, 28671, 28690

Caldwell County - 28601, 28630, 28638, 28667

Catawba County - all zip codes

Lincoln County – 28092, 28650, 28168, 28037
